Participant Information that is not Publicly Displayed - Drive Less Challenge collects information from participants including their name, address, phone number, email and age. This information is not publicly displayed on the website and will be kept only for the internal use by Drive Less Challenge or as needed for correspondence between Drive Less Challenge and the registered users. Drive Less Challenge won't give it to anyone else.

Participant Information that is Publicly Displayed - Drive Less Challenge is a social competition and as such shows comparative information entered by participants and groups on it's website to encourage participation. The information that Drive Less Challenge collects from participants and shows on its public website includes nicknames, group names and associations, messages and stories entered by users in the public sharing areas, baseline travel data, and trip information (general destination (no address), miles traveled, modes of transport used, date (not time) of trip). Note that Drive Less Challenge does not display full names on it's public website but uses the user defined nickname to show the participant's results and messages.

Information about Minors - Parental consent is required for anyone under age 13 who wants to register for the Drive Less Challenge. We also recommend that anyone of 13 to 18 years of age ask their parents or guardian for permission before registering or sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet.

Drive Less Challenge does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow anyone under age 13 to register. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address.
